150°C High Performance Flexible Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) Tubing
High-Performance, Flame Resistant, Flexible Tubing
Our Polyvinylidene Fluoride tubing (PVDF) can be used for jacketing and bundling of wires to form light-duty harnesses, especially where abrasion resistance and flexibility are needed. This tubing is thinner than most general purpose polyolefins.
High Performance Tubing Characteristics
- Excellent Abrasion and Cut through Resistance
- High Flame Resistance
- Thinner Wall than most general purpose polyolefins
Flexible Heat Shrink Tubing Applications
- Jacketing and bundling of wires to form light-duty harnesses
- Excellent strain relief of electrical connections and wire terminations
- Wire Identification
- Packaging of Components
PVDF Tubing Specifications
- UL, VW-1, File No. E323941
- RoHS Compliant
- Minimum full recovery temperature: 150°C
- Standard color: Black
